Hi I'm Vaibhav Rajguru, an engineer by qualification and client servicing & public relations associate as a profession, based out of Pune. My love for food is eternal. I'm also a food blogger. My passion for food opened doors for blogging.
The beginning of my food journey dates back to my childhood where I devoured dishes cooked by my mother. My mother is an amazing cook who loves to make a variety of dishes. Here’s an interesting turn of events that led my path to blogging. Although I had never thought of becoming a blogger, my passion for food and letting my fellow food enthusiasts know of the taste and experience of the tempting delicacies that I have tried marked the beginning.
The only experience of writing I had were the small reviews I used to write on Zomato or other platforms about my dining or ordering experiences. I had no idea my opinions were heard. One day, I received a text from Abhimanyu who worked in Malaka Spice. He invited me to attend a tasting table for their Summer menu.
I was confused, but also a little hesitant to accept the offer considering the fact that this would be my first experience.
After reaching the event, I realised that I was the youngest. People from all walks of life and professional food experts from Pune were there. I was apprehensive and elated at the same time as it was a new experience. There was a lot of interaction, learning and networking about the profession I was about to enter. This event turned out to be a kick start that I needed to start my food journey. Thereon, one thing led to the other.
This is a small glimpse of how I stepped into this amazing world of food blogging. For me, blogging is not about the number, but always about the quality of the content that I add to it. Apart from tasting food, I also picked up some cooking skills from my mother and started experimenting on many dishes and fortunately things turned out in my favour. I could keep on writing about this beautiful journey, but for now Ciao!
